• Netscape 7:
  Select Preferences... from the Edit menu.
  • Click on the Advanced section and then select Scripts and Windows sub-section.
  • Under Enable JavaScript for... click the check box beside Navigator.
• Netscape 6:
  Select Preferences... from the Edit menu.
  • Click on the Advanced section and then click the check box beside Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
• Netscape Communicator 4+:
  Select Preferences... from the Edit menu.
  • Click on the Advanced section and then click the check box beside Enable JavaScript.
  Netscape Navigator 3:
  Go to the Options menu and open Network Preferences.
  • Click the Languages tab.
  • Click the check box beside Enable JavaScript.
  Netscape Navigator 2:
  Go to the Options menu and open Security Preferences.
  • Click the General tab and make sure the check box next to "Disable JavaScript" is not selected.

  Go to the View menu and open Options.
  • Click the Security tab and then click the check box beside "Run ActiveX scripts" near the bottom of the tab.
